Cake creations from Zoe Clark

Zoe Clark, founder of Zoe Clark Cakes, is renowned for her elegant and sophisticated style and has a global reputation for beautiful bespoke cakes and dessert tables.
After training as a pastry chef, Zoe worked alongside some of London’s best cake artists before setting up her own home business in 2008. In 2010, she opened the award-winning Cake Parlour where she and her small team of talented creatives made custom cakes for weddings and other special events. In 2011, she designed a range of wedding and celebration cakes for Fortnum & Mason, who also commissioned her to make a cake for Her Majesty the Queen to celebrate her Diamond Jubilee.
As well as creating cakes to order, Zoe has authored several cake decorating books and contributes tutorials and expert advice to bridal and sugarcraft magazines, including Cakes & Sugarcraft. Zoe also passes on her knowledge through workshops and seminars around the world. Having moved to Australia in 2017, Zoe is planning to open a new cake studio on the Sunshine Coast where she can continue to make custom cakes, teach and share her passion for the art.
