On 29th March–3rd April, Mark Tilling, Cakes & Sugarcraft contributor and Ambassador for Squires Kitchen International School, visited Dom Konditera in Moscow to share his skills with students in two three-day classes.
Master Chocolatier Mark and his students produced an array of spectacular chocolate egg showpieces and stunning three-tier chocolate wedding cakes, some of which are now on display in local coffee shops and bakeries for others to enjoy.
The next SKIS ambassador courses at Dom Konditera in Moscow will be with royal icing expert, Ceri DD Griffiths, and sugar florist extraordinaire, Naomi Yamamoto.
