The third annual UK Cookery School of the Year Awards, a nationwide competition showcasing the best work in cookery schools, has announced its 2014 winners.
Bettys Cookery School in Harrogate, Yorkshire, won the coveted title of Best Cookery School, and the WI’s Baking Weekender in Denman College, Oxfordshire, was awarded Best Baking Course. Cakes & Sugarcraft contributor Mark Tilling’s course received a well-deserved mention as runner-up in the Best Baking Course with his 5 Day Baking School at Squires Kitchen International School.
The UK Cookery School Awards is a nationwide competition run by Looking to Cook, designed to showcase the best work in cookery schools. It highlights outstanding achievements in an industry that teaches students to become more creative in the kitchen.
