Graphic designer Luis Troyano was a big hit on the 2014 series of The Great British Bake Off where he produced innovative bakes with an artistic flair.

As well as recipes for a whole host of cakes, desserts and pastries, his book also features a range of helpful tips and illustrations to make your baking better, including an explanation of fan oven hotspots and details of how to tell when your bake is ready. /p>

Having been brought up by Spanish parents, many of the recipes in Bake it Great have a Mediterranean feel and there’s even a ‘Taste of Spain’ chapter featuring cinnamon churros, cortadillos and tarta de Santiago.
