Designed exclusively by keen baker and crafter, Sarah Joyce, alongside Squires Kitchen’s talented craftspeople, the Designer Iris Star Mould will allow you to create perfect pleats time after time. To use it, simply push your choice of modelling paste into the mould and turn out an intricate, pleated star. Pop the detailed design on cupcakes, mini cakes and cookies or use the mould to make a stunning brooch-like focal point on a tiered cake. What’s more, the Iris Star Mould can also be used to create pretty cookie pops or chocolate lollipops.
Made in the UK by Squires Kitchen’s master craftsmen, all Great Impressions moulds are made from durable, platinum-grade silicone which has been approved for food use. They can be used with many modelling mediums including Mexican Modelling Paste, Sugar Florist Paste, Sugar Dough, sugarpaste, Modelling Cocoform, marzipan, cold porcelain and much more. The flexible silicone can be frozen and can withstand temperatures of up to 204˚C.
